1 Golden ball turnip
Some edible flowers: borage, pansy...
Guérande salt
Pepper
Preparation
Wash root vegetables
Slice into strips using a mandolin
Arrange the slices on the plate
Decorate with the flowers using a pair of tongs
Gently add the olive oil
Add salt at the last moment and serve.
